Review of my car I just purchased. Place is a little dirty but the price was good on vehicle. Some things that they could do is make sure vehicle is working 100%....bought a vehicle and Place is a little dirty but the price was good on vehicle. As a woman and as a person that is not a connoisseur of cars by a long shot he treated me with respect. I never felt pressure and I really believe he did his best to sell me a car that would most benefit my needs without trying to suit his own agenda first. Everything was so easy because they inspect it, register it, and deal with my insurance papers. I took it to my mechanic and he gave the car an A+ rating. I did need to have a light issue resolved due to a fuse. I took it in and they gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson because the entire experience was great. I have been to other dealers and this one was different in every way! Tom even called me yesterday to see how I liked the car! LOVE IT! Oh and my only complaint is this review process, this is my second attempt writing a review so I apologize if you see two reviews from me. More

Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and the gas allowance was so generous. I was given plenty of information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems. All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. I left with the peace of mind of having a great vehicle and a very fair deal. I am so happy to be able to schedule all my oil changes and tire rotations for the life of this car. I am extremely satisfied with this company, and sale person! Left feeling great, a car buying first. Midway Auto was by far and away the most positive car buying experience to date that I have ever had and I have been driving for over fifteen years! The sales team as well as the finance team were friendly and approachable as well as up front- a unique trait as far as I am concerned. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the car I was buying as well as the warranty. sometimes dealerships that specialize in used cars are not familiar with the cars on their lot- that wasnt the case at Midway. I felt completely comfortable and they made the purchase seamless. I left knowing what every dollar of the warranty was going to. The financial person even helped me select a warranty that was appropriate for my year and model. The selection of cars in my my price range was great as well as the condition of the cars. When I picked up my car yesterday it was spotless and I even got a $25 gift card to get gas. It was such a nice touch. A friend had recommended Midway to me and now I see why. I left feeling as though I had gotten not only a fair price but a great value for my money. A very happy customer!!! More
