Our Experience at Midway Would just like to say we had a very pleasurable experience at Midway. There was no pressure. They showed us a couple of cars, but we weren't sure if it was what we were looking for, so we went home. Jon called us the next day to let us know that they were getting a very nice Honda as a trade in and asked if we wanted to come down and have the first look at it. We went down and were pleased with what we saw. List price was $9994, but we ended up getting it for $7750. They got us financing at a great rate and we just came home with our "new" car today! We would definitely buy from them again! More

Not worth the hassle and unprofessionalism I bought my car back in January and I held off on giving a review as I didn't want to write it in the heat of the moment or on emotion alone. This dealership is unprofessional and doesn't even warrant 1 star. While I love my new car and the process of negotiating and purchasing the vehicle was efficient and pleasant enough (Tom Morales was the only bright spot in this whole ordeal), the second I handed over my check, It all went downhill rapidly. We had agreed on what was to be serviced on the vehicle (in writing) prior to purchase, but actually getting the service department at Midway to deliver upon those items was painful and time consuming. I had to make 8 additional trips back to the service department to have minor issues, such as a malfunctioning tire sensor addressed. I had a Midway "courtesy" vehicle for 3 weeks (which they grudgingly provided) while they fumbled around trying to address the minor issues with the car and ultimately uphold the purchase agreement. They put mismatched tires on an all wheel drive vehicle... If I knew it was going to be such a hassle to have the car delivered in the condition that Midway agreed upon in writing and that the customer service would be so poor and the continuing courtesy service of the vehicle so sub-par I would not have bought from Midway. It's been nothing but a hassle from the moment I handed over the check. My next car will NOT be from Midway and I urge you to consider alternate options or be prepared to struggle with the service department. More
