Went in to buy a car. Dealt with Kevin. At first he was nice and easy going. But after the money exchanged hands he turned into a different person. He was rude, would not let me get a word in while speakin nice and easy going. But after the money exchanged hands he turned into a different person. He was rude, would not let me get a word in while speaking with him on the phone, he gave excuses as to why something didn't get done rather than solutions to make it better, and I feel he lied to us. He told us they would register the car we bought Monday, which was fine because it was bought on Saturday. When I called inquiring about the registration, he said it wasn't done. He was very rude and kept giving me the excuse that "over 20 cars were sold over the weekend, so it just didn't get done." He kept saying that you have 7 days to register it, which is fine, but this is a livery company. If the driver was to get pulled over with a client in the car just because it wasn't registered yet would be ridiculous. If he hadn't said they would take care of it on Monday, I would have went myself. He was also very quick to pass the blame. He told me to call and speak with Adele, who handles the registry runs, so he could get off the phone with me. The way he talked at me, (I wouldn't even say he talked to me, I would specifically say he talked AT me) on the phone just made it seem that after they get their money they don't care about their customers. Like I said prior, this is for a livery company, someone who is looking to replace 2 more sedans and 1 SUV. And because of this experience, we will never go back to this dealer, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
My experience with Frank Henry at Midway Auto was fantastic. There were no high pressure deals or fast talking salesmen here. Frank was relaxed ,friendly and fun to deal with. He really listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. I was so pleased with his service i sent both my dad and best friend to him for their cars. They were very pleased as well, both with the cars they purchased and with the customer service and professionalism of Frank Henry. My dad is thrilled with the free oil changes and makes sure he is there as soon as it is time for an oil change. I think he is actually just going to hang out with Frank ! My dad and I live in Braintree and my best friend lives in Duxbury, Midway Auto is worth the ride !!! More
Had been looking to replace my 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe with 113,000+ miles. Had been looking over the last two years and located 2009 Tahoe and it was clean and we were able to agree on the numbers. I first spoke with Kip Bowers in response to an ad for Midway Auto. Kip was very respectful over the phone and had set up an appointment to meet Charles Wilburn to look for a vehicle. What impressed me mo Midway Auto. Kip was very respectful over the phone and had set up an appointment to meet Charles Wilburn to look for a vehicle. What impressed me most was that Charles was very pleasant to deal with and I felt absolutely no pressure at all to "buy today" nor was I steered towards purchasing a particular vehicle. Charles was very helpful and patient in finding the right vehicle to suit my needs. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. Charles provided me with a complete history on the Avenger and walked me through the financing details. At more than a month later I am very pleased with the car. After I shopped around for awhile at other dealers, I was finally pleased not having to deal with "high pressure sales tactics." I have already recommended Midway Auto to some of my friends and plan on replacing my wife's vehicle sometime later this year. I look forward to working with Charles again and I highly recommend Midway Auto for a great car buying experience. I appreciate the respect I and my family received. More
I needed a car for my wife, they had a great selection with a wide range of pricing. We made the deal and took delivery on time with no problems at all.
