I liked the buying process. Francisco was great. 6 weeks later a skid plate and sound shield fell off the truck on highway to get old it was cosmetic and not necessary so not co Francisco was great. 6 weeks later a skid plate and sound shield fell off the truck on highway to get old it was cosmetic and not necessary so not covered. I disagree. Ford did not design $315 part alone for nothing. While they did take 10 min to install it at no charge I do feel the could have done better with customer service after only 6 weeks owning the truck. Nothing should be falling off it. More
