I’ve been buying cars and trucks for over 30 years (about 15 vehicles total), and have found that the experienced guys who’ve spent their careers in the business are often the best ones to work with. Midway had a decently priced truck listed, and I stopped by with only a few minutes to take a test drive. I liked it and returned the next day with my son, who will be driving it as well. Both times, I really wanted to cut through the BS and not spend any more time there than necessary. Joe understood this and really went over and above to make things convenient, all the way through registering and handing the truck over. I spent less than an hour total over my three visits to the dealership, and that included almost half of that time test driving. I also wanted my mechanic to do a full inspection of it, and he made that very convenient as well. Overall, the best used car buying process I’ve ever been through, and will probably call Joe directly as my first call the next time I’m looking to buy. More

I was looking for a used car to replace my first car I've ever had (which I bought off a private seller), so I had never been accustomed to the stress of dealing with used car dealerships. The difference between the other dealerships I stopped at and Midway Automotive was like night and day. Where I had been treated to run down vehicles, shady employees, and the dreaded haggling at other dealerships; Midway Automotive and Big Joe in particular were a breath of fresh air. I called the dealership and was put through to Joe who immediately ran outside and searched high and low for a specific make and model I was looking for. He found the car I searched for online and after a quick sitdown to go over specifics I had purchased my new car. Great salesman, approachable guy, and overall machine as a worker (he wouldn't let a day off on Sunday or a brief sickness stop him from making this deal happen).
