We had been in the market for some time but hadn't found a dealer that could offer us the value we were looking for. We called the dealership before we arrived and Charles answered the phone. He made sure to have the car running and ready for us to test when we arrived, plus he had a copy of the vehicle history ready for us to review. We were excited about the vehicle after the test drive and Charles and their Business Manager, Tom, did phenomenal job helping us get the financing and warranty terms that worked for our family. No Hassel No Stress Experience Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from this dealer....I have to say it was actually a pleasant experience. Never had that buying a car in the past Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from this dealer....I have to say it was actually a pleasant experience. Never had that buying a car in the past--NEVER! Frank was our salesman-he was very laid back, showed us some options based on our requirements, gave us his opinion on what were our best options and showed us the car. We drove it...no salesman coming along to talk the whole time...we had plenty of time to check it out . When we decided to buy, they were easy to work with getting financing. The whole process took maybe 2 hours! Had the car checked out by our family mechanic and he said we got a great deal...NOTHING was found that needed to be addressed. When they get my dream car in, I'll be back. More
