While I may have pushed back initially and looked around elsewhere, I ended up back at Midway, where the prices and service were unmatched by other dealerships that I visited. Further, coming from the stressful situation of a totaled car and a recent accident, they made me feel comfortable the whole way through, even offering for me to try the car overnight if it would increase my confidence in the vehicle. Needed a car in a rush I was looking around for a car after a car accident where another driver totaled my car. I was in a rush to get a car because of this. After going to a few other places without any luck, Joe helped us get into my perfect car. He was very helpful and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with what we were getting. I got a 2018 Kia Optima for a very good price. The only problems I had was after buying, there were issues with follow up paperwork. After I went back to them they fixed everything up and made it right though! Overall I am very happy with my purchase. More

I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. This dealership having everything on site; registry and inspection stickers made our long journey there so so easy! plain and simple awesome.. I went in I knew I needed a new vehicle as mine was literally on it's last leg.. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and felt pressured not by big Joe. not once... I had a check engine lite on it did go out but I was told to bring it back if it comes back on. no problems... I hope in 5 or 6 years if I decide I'd like to buy another I hope big Joe is still at midway. More
