Service Department Fail I called the Dealer and spoke to a service adviser last week. I needed a mechanic that was certified to work on the Chevy Volt. I was "told" that th I called the Dealer and spoke to a service adviser last week. I needed a mechanic that was certified to work on the Chevy Volt. I was "told" that they had two certified Volt techs and I was on the schedule for Saturday with one of them at 9am. Sooo, Saturday at 8:50 I pulled into the Service Bay. Greeting was friendly enough. The SA took my info, looked up the VIN and then went to his computer. Guess what? No Volt tech working today. No solutions offered. I left and called the Dealership from my car to speak to the GM or Service Manager. Left a message. No call back on Saturday. No call back on Monday. Tuesday morning I call back. I get to leave another message now it is 2 in the afternoon and guess what? NO CALL. I am sure that this is not the experience that Warren Buffett thought he was signing up for when he purchased Van Tuyl! More

Worst experience I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I arrived at the dealership at about 6pm and didn't get any help until about 9pm. They were more worried about selling a vehicle to my mother who was going to buying a new vehicle. The whole time they were just trying to get the most money out of my mother and I. I left the dealership with nothing at about 11pm, after they sold the vehicle to my mother the sells person was ready to go home and wanted me to come back the next day. I didn't go back I went to Curtousy Chevrolet instead with Reynaldo Blanco and bought a car. I left from Curtousy Chevrolet very happy. More

Customer Service What impressed me about Mr. Quintana is that he took my wife and I inside to talk about our goals for that day. Hector talked about a customer that purchased a new Camaro it was his dream car however his goal was not to spend more than he could afford, the Camaro was to much. Mr. Quintana was informed that we wanted an economical car with good fuel mileage. Mr. Quintana showed us several cars the Chevy Cruse, the Sonic, and the Sonic LT. with each vehicle he compared the features good or bad, this to us showed honesty. While comparing the features it was apparent that Mr.. Quintana was informed and knowledgeable about the products. At the beginning of this meeting I told myself that I would not purchase a vehicle, at the end I was glad to having met Mr. Quintana and making my deal. I hope to finish paying this vehicle off in little over a year when this happens I will make my way back to this dealership for another vehicle Thank you. More
