It seems that many items were overlooked in your pre-sales inspection, which has now resulted in me having to make monthly payments on a truck that has now spent two months in your service department. I have reached out to Dragan, Diane Soza, and Steve Garcia numerous times regarding why the vehicle is taking so long to be serviced, and inquiring why I’m paying monthly for a vehicle they’re taking so long to fix. They have ignored those emails. Instead, they simply have a tech call me and tell me the new transmission the truck needs has not yet arrived. My requests to speak to the General Manager have also been blatantly ignored.
