I took my vehicle in for the 30 month inspection, including an oil change and tire rotation. We talked to John about our previous oil change and that we had to return our vehicle after driving it for including an oil change and tire rotation. The oil cap had not been put back on correctly and we had to have the oil changed again. We were charged for both oil changes, even though it was the mechanic's error. The dealership decided to give us this oil change free of charge. I really appreciated that. More
