My car has been in and out of this shop 5 times since it was sold to me. The electrical issues were never disclosed. When I requested to trade out and rectify the situation, I was told I could and was offer was sold to me. The electrical issues were never disclosed. When I requested to trade out and rectify the situation, I was told I could and was offered higher priced cars and loans which was the dealerships way of making more money instead of correcting an issue with a car they sold. Most recently I spoke to kiko on the phone before going to the dealership to pickup my call. He had not returned my call or messages the entire week but stated he would discuss the car when I came in. When I did come to speak to him, he stated he was too busy the entire day. I explained that I needed the contract and to speak about the options I have available. He was short and rude and focused on asking me to leave instead of rectifying the situation. More

Midway Dodge killed my son. They tricked him into signing for a loan on a vehicle they knew was in bad shape. The car he purchased not only broke down (radiator blew out) 15 blocks away the day he drove it off the lot, but it broke down AGAIN 3 (the mechanic *forgot* to reinstall his radiator mount, and it fell out of his car on the express way) 3 days later. He took it to our family mechanic, who informed him there was MAJOR and SIGNIFICANT damage to his front end, and quoted him $2,775. No one told my son about this damage when he signed. In fact when he asked for a repair report, they handed gave him an illegible “car fax” and told him it had only been in a minor “fender bender”. My son had been 21yrs old for only 6 months. On August 9th, I convinced Jesse to pick up my sons car and have it repaired PROPERLY. My son was on his way back from getting razors when he was struck by another vehicle, who then fled the scene and left no contact information. Because there was already so much unchecked damage already under the hood (including missing fender liner) this caused air bag to deploy. My son was crushed. This was his dream car, and he only had been able to drive for four of the twelve days he had it. This dealership, Mario, Jesse and everyone else involved, took advantage of my son and sold him a crashed car. My son drove off the lot on July 29th, and on August 9th, he took his own life. He was 21 for 6 months, and 11 days. I will do everything in my power to warn EVERY person I can about these people. My son was so incredibly loved. He counseled others in depression, and saved so many lives, and his choice to end his life was directly related to this car and this dealership. More
