I was on holiday when I started shopping for a car. I was familiar with Midway Dodge because they are right down the street of where I lived when I was in college. I tried the dealership closer to my da was familiar with Midway Dodge because they are right down the street of where I lived when I was in college. I tried the dealership closer to my dad house but they didn’t have any cars that I liked. So I went down to this dealership because I heard some good things about them from a few friends of mine. When I first walked in I met with a nice salesman that showed me about 3 cars. They were very friendly and answered all my questions that I had about keeping up with a new car. I wasn’t sure if I could get a loan for a new car, so I filled out the form and was immediately accepted at a good interest rate. I wasn’t sure what kind of warranty to get and I decided to get the best one they had. I had my iphone on me and I looked up the sales prices for the 2013 Dodge Challenger Coupe and I was welcomed with an extra $2,000 off of the sticker price. I was very happy with the price of the car and I was pleased with my overall shopping experience. I was impressed with the good selection of new cars and that is why I decided to buy a car there. I just recently purchase a 2010 Chevy Malibu LS everything was ok untill i decided to trade inn my car at a diffrent dealership in wich they ran a AutoCheck wich came back with bad news my car had been disqualified for a buy back protection inn other words i will not be able to trade inn my vehicle at any other dealer that is not Midway Dodge B.S!!!!! Midway Dodge is just a scam buisness takeing advantage of the people of the community!!! They sale cars on lies!!! Even when they response to this complaint they will be telling lies!!!!! I decided to check them out and I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I haven't bought a new car in years, so I was intimidated by the whole process. My credit is less than perfect and they were able to get me financed for MUCH more than I thought I'd ever get approved for. My salesperson was friendly, upfront, and VERY knowledgeable about the trucks/cars that caught my eye. I didn't get the feeling that I was being pressured or tricked into buying something that wasn't right for me. Overall great sales knowledge and customer service, oh and absolutely LOOOVE my new truck! Highly recommend! More

She was also friendly, patient and polite. I had all my questions and concerns answered by the end of the call. When I went to the dealership the service was amazing!! All the employees were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Since buying the car I always take it back to them to get my oil changes, etc. I checked Midway Dodge's reviews prior to going to the dealership and I can assure you the negative feedback is only in the past. They have definitely made some positive changes. I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else to be worked on. I highly recommend Midway Dodge to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle along with great service! More

I dropped off my car on Wednesday and I called on Thursday to see the status of the car. I spoke to Santiago and I asked him "Please tell me what is wrong with the car and no "recommended" repairs. He said, "The brake shift light switch needs to be replaced". Then Santiago says, "Can you have your husband call me because I feel more comfortable talking to a man" . I was shocked! I told him that I own the car and that I would be paying for the repair and that my husband isn't a mechanic. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Chrysler Group next. RIP OFF - COST: They quoted me 282 dollars! Actual cost to replace this with parts and labor should be around 60 dollars. This place will rip you off! Forget about taking your car here for a recall because they will LEFT MY CAR IN PIECES: After I called Santiago on Thursday around noon, I told him that I will not be doing the repair there and that I will be picking up my car after 6PM. I pick up my car and the middle console with the gear shifter is in PIECES with screws left sitting on the seat. Of course, the service department is gone for the day and no one had a clue. I already had called a tow truck to take my car to my place and I didn't want to wait another day. Vandalize my car: I didn't buy my car at Midway Dodge but yesterday they took it upon themselves to add the license plate holder both front and back to my car. They couldn't put the console/gear shifter back together but they were fine with putting their crappy logo on my car. More
