Yashwini, Upon any notification that there has been an issue, Midway Dodge has promptly responded to resolve your issues, including paying for a tow truck to pick up your vehicle. Loaner vehicles were provided to accommodate you while the vehicle was being repaired. Per your request to trade out of the vehicle, your husband picked 3 vehicles that were more expensive, NOT US. A vehicle higher priced than the vehicle you purchased will cost more. You had the opportunity to take 2 of the 3 vehicles for extended test drives. You chose not to move forward. If an issue persists, we apologize. Please contact service, and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Thanks, Midway Dodge Management

Yashwini, As discussed when you called on August 23, a Saturday afternoon. Our service department is staffed for simple maintenance only, such as oil changes, tires, and brakes. That's it. We advised that you come in the following Monday, or any day during the week when the service department is staffed with Journeyman mechanics that could answer questions about your vehicle.
