I was greeted by marco, an unbelievably professional salesman. I was thrilled with Marco's calm, patient, and most importantly non-pressuring attitude. This dealership proved me wrong!! The enormous inventory allowed me to purchase the exact car I was looking for and the purchase process was quick and efficient. The car buying experience at Midway was a dream come true. I called every person made avail in that place but no one seems to have answers or knows anything. I called mario weber (gm) and he never returned my calls. One person pretended to be a gm there (Roger) and he does not even exsist there. The original sales people i dealt with seem not to exsist either. I definately will not recommend, suggest,and or mention this place to my worst enemies. I made a deal to puchase a truck and only if I could have my rims/tires exchanged. They (Midway) agreed so , they were to come the next day to exchange tires and that didn't happen. So this is how it all came to be with no call backs. Trying to resolve a simple issue took me to report them to the BBB and the Chicago consumers agency. Something this simple yet cause my havac. I have a 6 months warranty bumper to bumper with these people and I can't imagine how that will turn out if somethins should happen with my truck. So with respect to my rating , I stand by my experiences. More

STAY AWAY they will lie about everything! They had a dealership in Des Plaines, IL that was closed by the cook county sheriff! They are CROOKS! They will screw you over like they did to me and I wish dealership in Des Plaines, IL that was closed by the cook county sheriff! They are CROOKS! They will tell you they are not affiliated with Des Plaines location now but before the location was closed they would tell you they were owned by the same guy Mario!
