Had a great experience with J.R. and the staff at Midway Motors. We knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for, and had found several through Cars.com. Talked to several dealers, looked at a couple doz Motors. We knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for, and had found several through Cars.com. Talked to several dealers, looked at a couple dozen websites, and finally narrowed down to about three. Midway was already $2000 cheaper than the other two Expeditions we were looking at. J.R. got in touch with me right away after sending a email through Cars.com. They were willing to let me trade my old vehicle in, and offered me what I was hoping to receive for it. We made the 130 mile trip to Hutchinson, and were treated like we had been buying there for a long time. Shortly after completing the paperwork process, we drove off the lot, happy with our new purchase. We quickly ran into severe weather, and drove back to Midway. J.R. let us pull our new vehicle inside, and waited over two hours with us while the storms passed. We were able to finish our journey home after that. There is nothing that my husband and I dread more than buying and/or trading vehicles. The reason for this is because of the lengthy list of bad experiences we have had over the years. On February 2, that all changed when we met JR Vigil at Midway Motors. We knew exactly what we wanted and he made sure that that is exactly what we got. Not once did he try to push us in a different direction, or give us the "run-around." He was polite, funny, helpful and an overall joy to work with. In a matter of hours, JR (and Mony) managed to change our opinion of car buying completely. In the weeks since our purchase, JR has done great follow-up and we have no doubt that if any problems do arise, he will correct them promptly.
