There is nothing that my husband and I dread more than buying and/or trading vehicles. The reason for this is because of the lengthy list of bad experiences we have had over the years. On February 2, that all changed when we met JR Vigil at Midway Motors. We knew exactly what we wanted and he made sure that that is exactly what we got. Not once did he try to push us in a different direction, or give us the "run-around." He was polite, funny, helpful and an overall joy to work with. In a matter of hours, JR (and Mony) managed to change our opinion of car buying completely. In the weeks since our purchase, JR has done great follow-up and we have no doubt that if any problems do arise, he will correct them promptly. For all future car deals, we will head straight to Midway Motors in Hutchinson. We also encourage all of our family and friends to do the same. Went in looking for a Used Cadillac, or other newer luxury car. Rick met us at the door, with a friendly greeting. He asked how he could help us. We told him that we had looked at a Cadillac on the n luxury car. Rick met us at the door, with a friendly greeting. He asked how he could help us. We told him that we had looked at a Cadillac on the net, and he immediately went to his inventory to find the car. He brought up the list and showed us what was available. We didn't see the one we were looking for, so we started talking about what we wanted. He suggested a Buick Lacrosse he had on the lot and we went out and looked at it. We liked how it looked, and he suggested we take it for a drive. We did, and thought the car drove very nicely. After we returned inside, he brought Gabe over. Gabe asked how we were doing. We then started talking about our Cadillac, and he said that they had a trade-in at the Mcpherson lot. He brought pictures up on the computer, and told us a little about it. We were interested, so he said they could have it brought over, and we could take it for a ride. OH what a nice car. We were very interested at this point and he asked what price we had in mind. I didn't figure I would get much for our 97 Caddy, but he made an offer on it that I couldn't refuse. By the time he deducted the trade, we were at the price that I felt I could afford. He then turned the paperwork over to Rick, and we filled out the main forms. Shortly after that Gabe took them and entered the pertinent information into the computer. He then told us that Paul would begin the finance process. This was a busy day for them, but we were taken care of while waiting. Just about closing time I thought we would have to wait till Monday to continue, but Gabe, Rick and Paul all stayed for the final word. Paul got us financing and a payment schedule we could afford, and we signed the papers. This was a very painless process overall. I look forward to doing business with them again. More

They had the truck ready to go for me when I got there and the salesman let me take the truck for a short drive wi my experience with Midway Motors.
