Rick was very helpful in narrowing our decision of a vehicle between a Chrysler 300 and a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Even though he did not have a 300 on the lot, he made a phone call and got one brought to th vehicle between a Chrysler 300 and a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I had to buy a different vehicle because my previous one was totaled in an accident. I was greeted cordially when I walked in the door and never "talked down to" as a woman. He made sure I knew where all of the controls were on the vehicle before I left the lot, so I would be confident in driving it.
