I had to buy a different vehicle because my previous one was totaled in an accident. I was greeted cordially when I walked in the door and never "talked down to" as a woman. He made sure I knew where all of the controls were on the vehicle before I left the lot, so I would be confident in driving it. I had been looking for an older/larger SUV that had some miles still left in it, As a consumer, I was very impressed with the salesman Steve Friesen. I had been looking for an older/larger SUV that had some miles still left in it, but fairly clean. I knew this wasn't going to be an easy task but that's what I wanted. He called me and told me about the 1995 Suburban and we then set up a time for me to drive it and look it over myself. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and if there was anything he couldn't answer he found someone who could. He made sure the used vehicle I bought was detailed and taken care of like I had asked when I purchased it. So far, I am pleased with the way the Suburban handles and how well the detail shop did. I did happen to find an area that they missed...being a woman, I look at every nook & cranny...however, this was just under and around the middle seating area and showed up when I folded part of said seat down, so I think they should've seen it. It's nothing big, but I figured they should know, just in case. Thank you again for a very nice experience overall. More
