Went to Midway Motors in McPherson with my dad to find a new vehicle. The car I was driving was becoming too unreliable and it was time for an upgrade. My dad and Jeff were old buddies from back in the day, new vehicle. The car I was driving was becoming too unreliable and it was time for an upgrade. My dad and Jeff were old buddies from back in the day, so we trusted that he would help us out. Which he absolutely did. I test drove the 2013 Chevy captiva and LOVED it. Only problem was that there were two I could choose from, one with the exact exterior color I wanted and one with all the interior specs I wanted. Jeff went out and found a vehicle that matched EXACTLY what I wanted and brought it in for me. I couldn't imagine being happier about a car buying experience. I had a very positive experience with the gentlemen I worked with. My car that I had been driving just finally gave out. I limped it into the dealership lot on a Saturday morning and everyone was very worked with. My car that I had been driving just finally gave out. The gave me a fair price on my piece of junk as a trade in, knocked some off the price of the vehicle I purchased and worked with me to make reasonable payments. Over all the experience was very pleasant. The car I purchased is now back in the service department for some minor repairs that they wanted to make on it (nothing series, just a window seal, and some door handle issues). They gave me a very nice loaner vehicle to use while this happens. More

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! FIRST OF ALL, I TRADED MY 2001 MERCURY IN BECAUSE IT WAS COSTING ME MONEY ALL THE TIME!! I BOUGHT A USED BUICK IN AUGUST, BY SEPTEMBER IT NEEDED AND OIL CHANGE AND TRADED MY 2001 MERCURY IN BECAUSE IT WAS COSTING ME MONEY ALL THE TIME!! I BOUGHT A USED BUICK IN AUGUST, BY SEPTEMBER IT NEEDED AND OIL CHANGE AND AN AIR FILTER WHICH THEY CHARGED ME ($50.00). YOU WOULD THINK THAT WHEN THEY SELL YOU A CAR THAT EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED!! HIND SIGHT IS 20/20. THEN THE REAR END OF MY CAR GETS REALLY HIGH! I WHEN I TOOK IT IN TO HAVE THEM CHECK IT, IT WAS BACK DOWN TO NORMAL! THEY SAID THAT THEY RESET THE SENSORS AND CHARGED ME $105.00! IT HAS DONE IT 3 MORE TIMES SINCE THEN! IN 3 1/2 MONTHS, I HAVE ALREADY SPENT $150.00 ON THE BUICK, I SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE MERCURY! AT LEAST I WOULD UNDERSTAND PUTTING MONEY OUT!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST! WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY SOLD ME AN OIL CHANGE PACKAGE 4/2 YEARS FOR $279.00 AND SAID THAT IT WAS FOR SYNTHETIC OIL! WHICH I KNOW THAT YOU CAN GO MORE THEN 3,000 MILES! I AM READY FOR MY THIRD OIL CHANGE SINCE AUGUST AND SO I QUESTIONED WHY I AM HAVING TO CHANGE THE OIL SO OFTEN! THEY WERE NOT PUTTING IN THE SYNTHETIC OIL! SO THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE FOR REGULAR OIL OF $109.00. THAT WAS ON JANUARY 10TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE REFUND! I TALKED TO SOMEONE IN ACCOUNTING ON JANUARY 16TH AND SHE SAID THE CHECK WOULD BE GOING OUT THAT DAY!! SO I E-MAILED THEM TODAY AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A MIX UP AND THAT IT WOULD GO OUT TODAY OR TOMORROW WITH MY NAME AND THE LENDERS NAME ON IT! I WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT OF TOWN TO GET THIS ENDORSED!! More
