I contacted Tres via email interested in a new GMC Terrain. He was very prompt in responding to my email and helped me with color considerations, etc. When we determined we liked a vehicle on their lo Terrain. Tres was knowledgable and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions he immediately found someone who did. We had two vehicles to trade in. When the first payment calculations came out higher than we wanted, they stayed late to find alternatives that were acceptable to us. Everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming. When we came in during regular hours the next day Tres introduced us to the guys in the service department. Again, they were friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure.
