I have bought five vehicles from him 2 new and 3 used. They worked with me and found financing as well as the vehicle I needed. I had bought a new charger from him and my needs changed within a year so h They worked with me and found financing as well as the vehicle I needed. They bent over backwards due to my changing life. I have bought vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford before but Jeff spent the time to look at the vehicle make sure it was in working order and gave me better customer service and a better vehicle. I found out the hard way that a bigger town sales is not always better when my car broke down and they didn't care because they already made the sale. Jeff assisted with any problems on any of the used vehicles I had and I am willing to drive the 60 miles any day because of the support and customer care they provide. You will not be upset with the customer care he provides. More

Whatever you do when looking for a new or used car do not come here. Not even if you're desperate. They sold me a used Honda Accord and while on a test drive I was on it pulled to the left a bit. No big deal, I thought, so I bought it and scheduled an appointment to get it aligned. Come to find out the vehicle had been in an accident that was unreported by the previous owner and there was irreparable damage to the vehicle making it pull to the left. They're response? "It's yours now!" A couple days ago my check engine light came on. They said it had something to do with my transmission. Again, no big deal, I thought. I had bought the extended warranty for just such an emergency! (yay for being responsible and thinking ahead!) Today I was told my warranty ran out 2,000 miles ago. Lucky for Midway Motors Supercenter I guess! So here I am... stuck paying for a vehicle that I probably won't be able to sell due to the damage and now I have to buy a transmission even though I paid $2,000 for the warranty. Looks like Midway made a killing off of me!! Please. I beg of you. Take your business elsewhere. What's their motto? "Come be a part of the family."? If your family treated you like some sucker what would you do? More
The dealership was great! Jeff helped us before we made the 4 hour drive to look at the truck helping us with financing and answering any questions we had. Once we made the drive to look at the truck he wasn't pushy at all. We took the truck for a drive then he gave us space to discuse our decision on making the purchase of the truck. We decided on purchasing the truck and finished things up with Steve. Jeff even gave my 5 year old a lil red car to match the truck so, "he could have a new car too". Would do business here again without a second thought! Thanks guys for all your help. We LOVE our truck! More
