The response to our interest in a vehicle on Midway's lot was almost instant, and the staff did everything in their power to make my wife and I feel at ease. I had just started to look for a quality used vehicle and found a couple of vehicles on the website that I was interested in. I test drove the Chevy Impala, but was unable to test the Pontiac G6 as it was a found a couple of vehicles on the website that I was interested in. I had set an appointment up with Kevin for the following afternoon, so that my husband could test both vehilces. Kevin called that afternoon, and said that G6 had sold, but he would have it there for us to test drive and if we liked it, he would start searching for us one. We came in the following day and the vehicles were ready. We drove the Impala again and both of us were impressed. We took the G6 on a short drive, but decided to see what could be done for us on the Impala. If we could not come to terms, Kevin said he would be happy to look for us a Program car G6 with the features we wanted. We were offered a very fair deal on the Chevy and decided to buy. Kevin was very professional, personable, and easy to work with. As were all those involved. The employees were all very friendly and took the time to call me by my name. I have to take the vehilce back in to have the window tint redone that was torn when the window stickers were removed. Kevin set this up in a timely manner and I pointed out that the passenger side front windshield gaurd was loose, and he promised to have that looked at also.
