Was told we had to buy the Edge if they dealer traded it so we thought it had everything we wanted.They tried to get a mirror with temperature and had an after market one put on and it deleted the microphone for my Sync,we had to take the Edge to Wichita to get it installed and had to make 2 more trips to try to grt it corrct,so now after 1 month of owning the Edge we are back to original mirror with a new windshied as the original broke while they were putting on mirror and now finally the Sync is working. We had told salesperson within the first half hour what options we wanted.If they would have ordered the Edge with the correct options we would be happy, now we will not do business with them again and that includes Service work at the Hutch store that I was going to for monthly oil changes for my company vehicle. We had bought 5 vehicles from Wade before and now they lost a good customer and word of mouth is the worse thing that can happen to a delership. More

When I decided I wanted to trade for an SUV, I contacted Dee, the one person I'd met who I thought would not pressure me and would honestly work with me. Dee immediately found several SUVs she thought I might like. She knew my possible price range, and, because I'm retired and on a fixed income, that the monthly payment was going to be a hugh factor. After a day of just talking, she had those SUVs available for me to test drive. My decision was to buy a 2006 Buick Rendezvous CXL. The price was agreed upon without the big hassle I've experienced in the past. I'm happy with my "new" SUV, and so very glad I contacted Dee! At no time did she pressure me to buy and I know she would have been ok to look further if I'd asked her to. I've already given her name, and Midway Motors, to several people. I had leased a Ford Fusion and with my lease about a week away from being up, we were looking for a SUV. My Husband has bought 2 or 3 cars in the past from Midway Motors. He as always dealt with "D" Brillinger and now I know why. She is an amazing sales person and just a great, go to gal!!! We decided on an Equinox Sport. They didn't have the one we were looking for on the lot (We are VERY particular) so D set out on a search. It was so nice not to have to be the one to make the calls or be told no. She did all the work for us, and kept us updated on all that was going on which is awesome for someone like me who is a worrier. After about a week, she found THE ONE. She arranged for the suv to be bought from a dealer in texas, brought back to their dealership, and even was able to get all the 'extras" we wanted (window tint, chrome package, mudflaps, etc.) all done and DELIVERED to our town about an hour away. She and Mark even stayed late for us to sign the paper work. I mean we didn't get to the lot until close to 8p.m. They had everything ready and explained everything so well that I was just amazed the process could be so easy! We finished everything and had all our questions anawered in about an hour and a half. The cherry on top was D even called my husband the next morning to thank us again. She said she wanted to call to make sure we made it home safe, but didn't want to wake us. Now that takes a sales person to a whole new level!!! This Chevy is an amazing suv that I plan on keeping for a long time, but you can bet I will now ALWAYS buy from D at Midway Motors. More
