The Internet sales department gave me a good price right off the bat, then found some additional rebates & price incentives. They quoted me a very good price for the vehicle and then evaluated my trade-in v off the bat, then found some additional rebates & price incentives. From my experience with other dealers, I was expecting a low ball price for my trade-in since I had already gotten a good price quote on the vehicle I was looking to buy, but I was wrong. They gave me a good price on the trade-in also. I purchased a truck to pull a 5th wheel RV and they also made certain that the truck was capable for the job. Since they sell "all" American brand cars, they are not pushing one make. I was able to evaluate several makes/models with the same salesman. I have purchased numerous new cars and this was my best experience from beginning to end. More

In May of 2009 we purchased a G.M.certified 2006 buick lucerne from a buick dealer in Hutchinson. Since it was G.M. certified they added 15000 miles to the bumper to bumper warranty. When we took it in for the first oil change in Hutchinson we had a problem with the rubber air dam under the front bumper, when we told the service man about the bumper to bumper warranty that should cover fixing the problem his response was you DO NOT have Bto B warranty. Needless to say I won't go back to the Hutchinson dealer for service or buying. Next we had a noise in front end so we took it to Midway buick in McPherson. When I told them about the warranty they just pulled us up on the computer and confirmed that we did have full warranty. They fixed that problem No Charge. Then we had a wheel loosing the chrome, they put on 4 new wheels No charge. We now drive 30 miles to Midway for all service on our buick. They even gave us a car to go home while the work was done. They understand customer service. More

This has been our best buying experience at a dealership ever... due mainly to the salesperson that worked with us, Jon Lambert. When the dealership didn't have the vehicle I was interested in anymore, he called me within a week when another one came in... it was exactly what I wanted, I wasn't pressured into looking at something I wasn't interested in. We had one mechanical concern and he had that fixed right away. We weren't pressured into buying the vehicle, all of our questions and concerns were quickly taken care of. It felt like we were spending the day with a friend, rather than a car salesman. We trust Jon Lambert and that trust was established right away. For me to trust a car salesman is something I never thought I would do. I can't express how satisfied I am with our Mercury Mariner or with the customer service that we received. We went in planning not to purchase an extended warranty... at the end of the day, we were convinced it was best for us. I don't believe we were pressured into purchasing it either, but now that we have it, I am so glad that we do. Time will tell if that was a good investment or not, but as of today, I am extremely happy with the service we received. A+++ to Jon Lambert for everything he did for us! We found a car we liked online at autotraders. That is how our experience started with Midway motors. We were met halfway and test drove the 06 Town and Country. We were given a clear, attractive value from the start which we appreciated. Wade and Christian are good at what they do and have treated us graciously. Wade is seeing to getting some small items fixed soon and is going to have a driver come to Wichia with a loaner car we will use till the work is done. This blew me away--WOW. Also, this is the first dealer ever that gave us a 50-50 warranty on engine and power train till 100,000 or 3 years--for free. All in all we will reccommend (already have) midway motors and will use them in the future. We have found our dealership. The proof is in the pudding-the people make the difference. We did not find in any Wichita experience what we found in McPherson at Midway. More
