Just wanted to take a moment to say what a great place this dealership is. We have bought three cars from them in the last year. Each car we bought I called and talked to chad and he drove each one 35 m this dealership is. We have bought three cars from them in the last year. Each car we bought I called and talked to chad and he drove each one 35 miles to us to look at. We struck a deal in my hometown then went and picked up the vehicles in McPherson that evening. They are a throw back to the great service from years back. On two occasions we had some minor repairs that needed done and after a phone call to Chad he came and got the vehicle, left a loaner and brought our vehicle back to us when the repairs were completed. Once you've experienced these folks you won't want to go anywhere else. I know I won't. Arlie More

We were in a tough situation with an upside down loan and this dealership really took the time to work with us and get us in a better spot financially. I really enjoyed my experience with Midway Motors, and will definitely return when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. As a first time buyer, I did not know what to expect. I live about 200 miles from McPherson, so almost all of our conversations were over the phone and through e-mail. The website was a very nice tool to use to see the pictures of my car. There were so many pictures and different views on the website, that I felt like I knew the car when I saw it. Ed in the finance department was excellent as well. He really made me feel comfortable and explained things thouroughly to me. I couldn't have asked for a better place to purchase my first car! Thanks to all! More

Corey's knowledge of vehicle features and reliability was extensive and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and I know there was no better price than he offered me. He answered phone calls and email very promptly and always made sure I knew what the current situation was. Corey turned me over to Ed Lundemo for financing. Ed was very helpful at comparing rates and making sure I was doing the best thing for my pocketbook. He was also very responsive to both phone calls and email. Even the ladies who answered the phone were always very polite and helpful. It was an overall great experience. I do not see myself buying a new car from anywhere else from now on. More
Now this is the kind of testimonial that good business relationships produce: I live in Lawrence, Kansas, and, after much searching, decided that I wanted to buy a relatively new Buick Rendesvouz becau relationships produce: I live in Lawrence, Kansas, and, after much searching, decided that I wanted to buy a relatively new Buick Rendesvouz because it was sportier than my old van, but could still accomodate 7 passengers. I also had a very specific color and style in mind. After much wasted time going through the excruciatingly slow process of trying to negotiate a reasonable deal with a local dealer (whom shall remain anonymous)I was left unsatisfied. After further research online, I found the exact car I wanted at Midway Motors in McPherson, KS., but it was so far away! Still, I emailed the dealership, and right away, I received a response from sales manager Neil Dykes. He immediately projected a good vibe with his easy-going, helpful manner. With the nickname "Yabba Dabba", how could he not?!! I told Neil what I might trade in, and he offered me a tentative deal which was good enough to persuade me to check it out in person. Before you know it,my husband and I were on a road trip to McPherson, KS., a 3 hour drive. Because of my husband's work schedule, we couldn't leave before 2:00 on a Saturday. Neil kindly agreed to stay late until our arrival. When we got there, as his colleagues were closing shop, Neil cheerfully showed us around, and a deal was sealed. By the time all the paperwork was done, we had met Neil's wife and children, and learned that he is about the only Jayhawk fan on a staff full of die hard Wildcats (we don't hold that against the dealership). Being hard-core Jayhawk fans ourselves, we knew it was a good sign. I was so excited to drive off in a beautiful "used" car that fit my family's needs, while feeling confident that Neil would take care of us, in spite of the distance. Sure enough, when I needed cross bars for a luggage rack sometime after the sale, Neil actually offered to drive up to deliver them. To thank him for going that extra mile (literally), I took him and his wife to a KU football game so they could celebrate their anniversary in style. KU kicked butt, too. When my trunk handle broke, Neil sent me the part, but since it needs a special tool, he is coming into town to install it for me. I'm sure the KU-OK game I'm taking him and his wife to doesn't hurt, but hey, we Jayhawks understand tradition, motivation, and excellence. Thank you Neil, and thank you Midway Motors. More

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my vehicle. The sales, service, and parts departments have been very helpful. Wade was able to explain all the great features of the new Dodge Ram 1500. Their service department is effecient and easy to work with, and most importantly, very dependable and trustworthy; recently I worked with both Shawn and Kenny in the service department and I've been very impressed. I've also been impressed with Midway's used car selection--both the quality of the vehicles and the price. Kelly Hoover does a great job of listening to exactly what our needs are and then finding the best vehicle at the best value to fit those needs, including searching other inventories.
