It got better after actually buying the vehicle. I had the vehicle and I was called to be told that they were able to lower the payment for me. They lower the payment by over $20 a month. I normally hate going through buying a car but this was the most pleasant experience I ever had. Roman Did a great job of working out the deal. Would highly recommend this dealership and Roman. The manager came and really helped us get a great deal as well, it was the best situation for my family as we grow and build our credit! They explained everything clearly and did not pressure us into buying. We left feeling confident in our purchase and not like we had been convinced to buy a car. That is a rare feeling when leaving a car dealership. Tony in the financial department was great as well. Again, he explained everything clearly to us and made sure we were getting the best deal. If you want an easy car buying experience go see Michael! Oh, and even the front desk staff was friendly and took time to come talk to us! Again, what a rare thing to find at a dealership! We were left alone for more than 5 minutes but that's because we looked at a couple cars and Michael was getting them from the lot! This place is huge so it took a little bit but while we waited it gave my husband and I time to talk about our options and we were checked on by other staff memebers while we waited. More
