Great I live an hour away. I had a recall. So I also scheduled an oil change. I needed several other things and they told me about them and let me decide wh I live an hour away. I had a recall. Worst customer service ever I bought a used kia with low miles after doing moknths of research on different makes and models of cars. We finally found one we liked and bought it on a Saturday. We discovered issues the next day when it was daylight. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Jason, who was pleasant. He said to bring it in when I got off work, which I did. When I arrived, I asked to speak to him, was transferred to their used car manager. When I showed him the issues he made excuses and treated me like dirt. I left the vehicle and was given a loaner. I called back several times to speak to the salesperson we dealt with and after 3 attempts was told he had left for the day. I called back and talked to Joe the general manager, explaining the issues on the car. He told me that he'd call me the next morning to let me know when the.vehicle would be ready. I called this morning and long and behold it's his day off. I strongly suggest avoiding the dealership, they can't be trusted. More

Excellent Service I was in from out of town dropping off someone at the airport and figured I would get my oil changed while I was near a kia dealer.
