The moment that I walked into the Kia dealership I was welcomed with friendly people that were eager to help me out in every way that they could. Marcus was great. As was bryan the manager and lee in finance. Had been to 3 different dealerships that day, just for comparison reasons. My brother went there 2 days later with his fiance and got a sorento. Bigger than my optima, guess brothers never stop competing. Thanks marcus, bryan, and lee. I was able to pick out a car I liked online and setup an appointment to look at the specific car. Tom Rodgers was beyond terrific. He didn’t bombard me with calls when I missed the first appointment. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a car and send me off; he took time to get to know me and him as well. Had some great conversations all the way to the end and even calls here and there along the way. Tom and the financial team worked out every possible scenario to get me the lowest payment with all the extras that I wanted on the car. He even went through calculations that I was spending on my old car and showed me the difference with the new car so that there were no surprises. From start to end and even after. Had a fantastic time getting my new car. I highly recommend Midwest KIA great cars all around and KIA is ranked highest in safest car if I’m not mistaken. If you are near Wichita Kansas call ask for Tom Rodgers. More
I was looking to find something sporty. I found the Kia Optima online. The style was enough to get me to come down to Midwest Kia and see Tom Rodgers. We went over colors and options. The visit started out well. Marcus was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond with information. I honestly thought this was going to be the best car transaction ever until the sales manag knowledgeable and went above and beyond with information. I honestly thought this was going to be the best car transaction ever until the sales manager got involved. Brian was not very helpful at all. He was very arrogant and condescending. He kept telling me his price was the best and I better take his offers because I would be wasting my time if I looked elsewhere. He made it seem like I was wasting his time when he had other customers he could be helping. Well I did look elsewhere in KC and saved about $500. I felt bad Marcus missed a sale but I wouldn't buy from a sales manager who was that rude. I think Midwest Kia could do more sales with a better manager. More

Marcus Wise approached me with many options and an eagerness to help me make a great choice. The staff from the sales man (marcus Wise), His boss, the finance team to the cleaning (car detailers) all showed such kind, caring, professional help. Everyone went out of their way to make my expeirence a wonderful one. I couldn't be more happy with the choice in the dealership and the car. I can't express how mind blown I was to be leaving in a car I didn't think I could ever own. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends, family, and lately everyone I meet. My husband and I drove up from Ponca City, OK because Midwest Kia was able to beat our local dealer’s prices. We’ve never been to another state to buy a car before, but felt comfortable after talking to Midwest Kia was able to beat our local dealer’s prices. This made everything very convenient for us. When we got there it was just as promised. They had the car pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork didn’t take long at all and we were on our way home in no time. I strongly recommend them! More
