Tom is very helpful. I wanted the newer body style Kia Optima, but didn’t want brand new. We searched the inventory and I didn’t really find one that I was in love with. Tom and the financial team worked out every possible scenario to get me the lowest payment with all the extras that I wanted on the car. He even went through calculations that I was spending on my old car and showed me the difference with the new car so that there were no surprises. From start to end and even after. Had a fantastic time getting my new car. I highly recommend Midwest KIA great cars all around and KIA is ranked highest in safest car if I’m not mistaken.
