I was referred to this dealership by my sister who purchased her vehicle here and also was referred by someone else. When I came here I originally wanted a pontiac G6 that was at the chicago store and purchased her vehicle here and also was referred by someone else. When I came here I originally wanted a pontiac G6 that was at the chicago store and would have very much so went there to get it. Lois informed me that she could get the car for me and bring it there. When I came to purchase she was unable to get the car and showed me a different G6 that she CLAIMED was just as good with no problems with 69,000 miles. Personally I feel that she was just trying to close a sale being that she is a salesperson. I trusted her and purchased the car on 2/05/2011. On 04/05/2011 before my second car note was even due I caught a flat on the expressway nearly causing a huge accident on the expressway with my 2 year old child in the car. Thinking it was just a tire blow out I took the vehicle to a tire shop and was told I had $1200.00 in repairs needed. I immediately contacted LOIS to get the issue resloved trusting in the dealership that sold me the car. She told me she would take care of the issue and when I got there she blamed me soley for everything and just told me what it would cost to get it fixed there. I explained to her that i did not cause that much damage in a two month period of time and I didnt appreciate her over promising stuff she cant do. I already had the car looked at after the blowout and was told the control arm and ball joints were bad on the car and already bad when I purchaased it based on the condition.I asked for the used vehicle inspection which I was initially told they didnt have it and then 20 minutes later they find it and point out where they checked the tires and continued to try to convince me I did this $1200 damages in 2 months. I asked for the report took it to mechanic that serviced it as well as to my lawyer who pointed out THE CONTROL ARM WAS LISTED AS HAVING SOME PLAY . This was never disclosed to me when I purchased it and it was intentionally ignored when I asked about it at the service center. The control arm was faulty and tore the two fornt tires apart form the inside. This was on the report from my mechanic and also clearly listed in Mike anderson used vehicle hisory report. Two months later Im being forced to pay for these repairs and belittled by everyone there. There was no manager around to to take over the issue and it turned into a big debate in the middle of the service center, It has caused me stress unpaid days off of work and I am still stuck with a $700 bill. I WILL NOT REFER ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS PLACE AND NEITHER WILL MY SISTER. KIRK WILLIAMS AND NIKOLAS W. My most recent visit, I traded in the used car I had bought from Mike Anderson Chevrolet and purchased a 2011 HHR. I explained to Lawrence what I wanted to do as far as trading in my car, rolling the loan over, and getting out from under the negative equity I had in my used car. He was able to help me with every aspect of that, and I am pleased with the outcome.
