I bought what I thought was a certified used vehicle on January 13th. On February 25 it just completely shut down leaving me a sitting duck alone on a dark wooded area near a funeral home. I was literally stressed and “freaking” out. That Monday, I called Mike Anderson and they told me to have it towed in- my insurance hooked and towed my car from the front. Later, when I called to check I was told they did not know what was wrong and would call Southlake Kia under a warrantee- KIA kept my vehicle until March 28. I picked up my vehicle from Mike Anderson but when I went into the gas station, I notice that now my bumper is cracked -of course no one knew what happened. Today my car is still not running as before and the gas does not last. Mike Anderson staff was great throughout this entire process- Steve B. and Quinten Y. were courteous, focused and empathetic to my concerns. Nevertheless, I wish someone had warned me! I do not recommend Mike Anderson for any used certified vehicles. Save yourself the money, trouble and time by going somewhere else for your certified used vehicle👎. More

Women take your car elsewhere. I've taken auto class, so not completely ignorant when it comes cars, but know enough to know when something is not right. Brought my traverse in for noise that sounded like my rotors grinding then gas mileage tanking with the sound. Had brakes and rotors checked beforehand, and they are fine. Now, because it wasn't making that sound at that moment, and my gas mileage miraculously went up from 9mpg to 15mpg he didnt want to hear anything was wrong. "I have one myself and seems fine to me" 😒I have my own OBD2 sensor which gave me code C-0300 and C-0700. Showed him the codes and he goes "C? Codes start with P" Googled it later, C codes have to do with brake system, steering, and suspension. Imagine that, since I'm complaining of a noise coming from my brakes without even pressing on them thats also affecting my mpg, and brakes n rotors themselves are fine. So right off the bat he not listening to the fact that something is going on. Then tries saying that having my a/c on will drop my gas mileage. To under 10mpg?!? I don't think so. To 15mpg sure. Not to no 9mpg. "Ok well its $95 for diagnostic" $95 for you to barely look at my car and tell me everything is fine because you don't believe anything is even wrong it? I don't think so. Took my keys and left. Turns out my callibers or sliders likely getting stuck, according to my usual mechanic. The ONLY reason I even attempted to have chevy check first is because its still under warranty. Thanks for nothing. Maybe next time not being so patronizing and condescending, and actually listen when a customer tells you there is something is going on with their vehicle. More

I recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet. After, having a not so pleasant experience at other car dealerships I was reluctant to go to another. When I walked in I was greeted by Big Rob the sales manager. Rob introduced me to Rafael! Rafael is kind, patient and understanding. He never pressured me into buying a car. He listened to my concerns. After several hours I could not decide what I wanted. We ended up choosing 2020 Chevy Equinox. I am so thankful I went to Mike Anderson today! Thank you Big Rob and Rafael for changing my mind on car salespeople! I will be recommending you to all of my family and friends here! More
