I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday, May 14th for an inspection and recall appointment. They were ready for me when I got there at 7:30 and within minutes Steve the shuttle man was ready to get me on my inspection and recall appointment. They were ready for me when I got there at 7:30 and within minutes Steve the shuttle man was ready to get me on my way to work. At 4:20 Dave was at my office ready to take me back to Mike Barney to pick up my car. The entire experience was excellent and the people at Mike Barney are always a pleasure to do business with. I had a work order to be completed on my 2025 nissan murano. The work order was to have 2 trim pieces replaced because they were loose. They were under warranty. 2 time i arrived before the guy who orde murano. The work order was to have 2 trim pieces replaced because they were loose. They were under warranty. 2 time i arrived before the guy who order the part only ordered one side to 2 right pieces. I wasted my time and gas. I am not happy about that at all! I had to call Mike barney nissan to make sure that my work order was going to be completed. I would assume they would call me back to keep me updated due to inconvenience! Not one person did! When I arrived to get my work order did it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 small trim pieces to be completed. The front desks guy at the service department told me he had to find the person to complet this work order. It should of already be found before I arrived! It shouldn't have taken 1 Hour and 45 minutes to complete for 2 small trim pieces. That is unacceptable. I have other thing to do in my life I work 2 job and having time for myself is a luxury for me right now. I rather not spend it waiting a long time for my work order to completed due ppl incompetence. More
