I'm afraid to add air to my tires so I went to MBN and air was added to my tires and also a new rear windshield wiper was installed for me all free of charge. A few days later, I had to bring my car back air was added to my tires and also a new rear windshield wiper was installed for me all free of charge. A few days later, I had to bring my car back because three of my tires registered 33 psi and the rear passenger registered 22 psi. The same young man helped me again and checked my tire and found a nail in it. He fixed the tire added air and again did not charge me. My husband and I are on a fixed income and we were so grateful. Didn’t end up having service done. Had called to schedule and also have a warranty that you offered during purchase. When I made the appointment it was for the weekend. Didn’t realize I had should have called warranty company prior to figure out if service was covered. I’ve never had to do this with any other vehicles I’ve had. So assumed this would be handled. But you know what they say when you assume things. It was no problem with paying but I don’t have patience for back and forth things. So rescheduled and guess I’ll be calling warranty company prior to figure out what they’ll possibly pay. Since this wasn’t a service your dealership doesn’t do prior when someone has a warranty. More
