Removed wind/rain guard after being told to leave alone if secured with adhesive. Service manger informed me technician pried to remove(proper way is with a heat gun for what would had been a easy reapply if secured with adhesive. The technician did not discard dirty/used floor cover. Not to mention approximately two years ago I wanted to bring vehicle in for recall work. After speaking over the phone with a gentlemen, he told me he is not aware of any recalls on my vehicle(with vin number presented), an to just bring it on in, an pay ninety-five dollars for a complete vehicle inspection, and they will take a look. More
