Had an appointment at the Quick Lane on 10/10 at Mike Bass Ford at 11:00. My vehicle was not taken back for service until 12;00pm and was not completed until 12:30pm. No one mentioned to me that they w Bass Ford at 11:00. My vehicle was not taken back for service until 12;00pm and was not completed until 12:30pm. No one mentioned to me that they were backed up. Also, the employee that did take my car back for service was not wearing a mask when he drove my car. I do not care if the do not wear a mask while working on the outside of my car, but they should have some policy that when they are inside a vehicle, a mask should be worn due to the Coronavirus. Amos the employees behind the desk were not wearing their masks all the time. This is the worst service that I have had at the Quick Lane. More

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR OUR VEHICLE TO BE DROPPED OFF BRIGHT AND EARLY ON FRIDAY AND THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. WE HAD TO CALL ON TUESDAY FOR A UPDATE. AT THAT TIME THEY STARTED SAYING THINGS WERE GOING TO COST US, ABOVE WHAT WE HAD AGREED TO AND WHEN WE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH FORD. Never received a call with the information I requested while my truck was being serviced. Hours later after 4 attempts to call the service dept with no answer I went and picked up my truck which was sitti while my truck was being serviced. Not satisfied at all! Will never purchase from Mike Bass again due to service Dept and manager John. I was told I needed brake pads and rotors when I felt nothing was wrong with my breaks. Had loud squeal again due to service Dept and manager John. I was told I needed brake pads and rotors when I felt nothing was wrong with my breaks. Had loud squeal and was told it was probably a stone. I want paying almost $400. My mechanic friend changed for me and my pads and rotors were still good but since I bought parts he put new on. He will address and take these to quality control. More
