Body shop unwilling to help! I've been to the body shop twice now and have been disappointed twice. The customer service after the vehicle leaves has been something to be desired. Both times I've had problems and have been met with persistent denial and unwillingness to help. This most recent I brought my vehicle in for a front bumper shroud to be replaced and now my driver side headlight leaks and my driver side fog light doesn't work. When I called I was told "we didn't work on that side of vehicle". The bumper shroud goes across the whole front of the vehicle and the fog light is mounted in it. So, yes you did! More
