Excellent purchasing experience! We found the vehicle we were looking for online and traveled to Plymouth to check it out on a Saturday. It was late in the day, but submitted our paperwork and kept in touch on Monday to get the deal done. We were the able to pick up our Edge on Tuesday evening and they both stayed a little late to get us set up in the vehicle. I would definitely recommend both Jack and Ed. Customer service is really where they excel. It was an overall enjoyable experience and when I need another vehicle, I will return to them for help. More
