Was told service department had 3 weeks of oil changes before my recall could be looked at. How shorthanded are they? Car has recalls including engine. Bought a car from them and after I bought a plane ticket to fly there and get it I was informed just before I left they sold it to someone else. No apologies, no can I reimburse you for your flight, nothing to fly there and get it I was informed just before I left they sold it to someone else. I have reached out to them with no response whatsoever. Very classless orginazation and I hope whoever is responsible for this mess finds the rug pulled out from under them so they know what it is like to treat people like crap. More
The guy that runs the service department could careless about you being stranded or actually helping you. After i got the Kona running, i tried to make a service appointment and the same service manager w about you being stranded or actually helping you. For a 20k ionic, they raised the sticker price to 30k because if my belief that the sales person was a decent person. Ef you Mike. He even uses pictures of his family to relate to you as though he cares. Eff you a million times. More

The customer is always right, except here. I can go on and on about the issues we had leasing our Kona but heres a few. Paperwork was messed up from the very beginning so we went back there to correct it and it was still messed up so I had them bring the paperwork to my house because we weren't making another trip on my dime. So the paperwork finally gets here, a day after my 1st payment is due ! They basically lose my $500 deposit and then threaten to sue me for it. Charge me for a tire rotation that never happened ( service manager refunded ) On a lighter note, I informed our salesman that there was nitrogen in the tires. More
