Zero stars I have been driving and buying cars for over 40 years. Service center is the worst. Dropped off for scheduled oil change. No hello, be with you in a minute or welcome. They continued to look at their computer screens for several minutes. Finally one person asked if they could help me. 5 hours later oil change still not complete. Had to pick up the car the next day. At pick up more ignoring and no greeting. These black polo shirt men neither appreciate nor need my business. I will never come back. None of employees have name tags or cards. Unable to identify by name. More

The Castrucci team has set a new standard in salesmanship. From a price standpoint, I visited multiple dealerships with Castrucci's quote and none of them came close to the deal they gave. To the extent that the other guys assured me there must be a catch. Sean and Travis kept their word, were direct and every phase of the process was clear and smooth. The out the door price was exactly what I had been quoted. At no point did I feel pressured or like I had to be on the defensive. Even the financing portion was kind of fun (seriously). Every team member I spoke to seemed to genuinely like working there and no one gave off that "sales guy" vibe you get at most dealerships. They will treat you with respect and stand by their word. They've won my business for years to come. More
