Their body shop across from the dealership did an amazing job in fixing a small chip in the paint on the inside of the trunk lid and adjusted it so it will not happen again. During the time that the vehicle was in the body shop, they gave me a loaner car to use until the work was perfect. Rich Loomis took the time to explain all the details of the financing with me and the extended warranty I chose to add to my purchase.
