We have had 6 Chevrolets so far and have purchased all of them from Castrucci Chevrolet. Kevin Bachman helped us with the last 2 vehicles that we have purchased. i have a chevy cobalt and the power steering acted up on me so i took it to castrucci chevy who is open later than most other car lots service depts ,i think til midnight, which is very convenient for me. j me so i took it to castrucci chevy who is open later than most other car lots service depts ,i think til midnight, which is very convenient for me. jim let me know that it sounded like the recall problem that my car had been a part of, and took it in , got me a loaner car and sent me on my way . he then called me the next morning to let me know car was ready !! very friendly and very fast service that i wouldnt have gotten from anywhere else!! definately will go back!! More

I cannot say enough good things about this service department. They are the best! The department lobby is clean and orderly and the personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Purchased a new Cruze. Very friendly salesman. Easy to deal with. Got a good price reduction on the sticker and a good trade in allowance on our 2004 trailblazer.
