We bought from Mike Castrucci after visiting four other Chevy dealers in the area. The difference is night and day between others and Catrucci. We dealt with Lloyd Kitts after a referral to see him from two other people. He had the knowledge and desire to satisfy every question we had. He was very knowledgeable of the cars on every feature. He called and emailed us on his days off to keep connected,not to bother us but to answer questions I had. Lloyd went the extra mile to get us some trim level info for the model we wanted. When I initially contacted Lloyd I told him what we were looking for and he had it sitting outside when we showed up and put the keys in our hand to drive right away, no gimmicks or games, a complete 180 from that garbage. We found what we wanted when it came time to deal. Lloyd had us deal directly thru the sales manager, Richard and we hit our goal for the new car price and we also got our goal on our trade value. They even got me a rate that was 0.3% better than my bank could offer which was a great rate to start. The financing and paperwork went smooth as silk and no high pressure to buy all kinds of crazy warranties and undercoatings, etc. This was offered at a good price level but you could take it or leave it. Lloyd went thru every function and button in the car during delivery. He got our phones set up on Bluetooth and got the Onstar set up. The car was cleaned up perfectly and off we went. Lloyd is even working after the sale to get service set up for some dealer installed items that we worked into our purchase. These arrived the next day, impressive. Great overall experience! Go to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet if you are in the market for a Chevy and see Lloyd but only if you want to get treated like he would treat his own family. Great car salesman...Ed Dumont as well as great finacial assistance. They had just the vehicle we were looking for!!! We were not expecting to purchase/drive this new purchase home that very same afternoon assistance. They had just the vehicle we were looking for!!! Castrucci Chevrolet is the best dealership that i have ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have purchsed a new car from this dealership. I went to another Chevy dealer in the area because they ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have purchsed a new car from this dealership. I went to another Chevy dealer in the area because they sent me a letter offering great deals, what a mistake and run around.I then went to Castrucci where I was greeted by Ed the Salesman, he is awesome. There are no games being played at Casrucci, they are there to take care of you and sell you a car at agreat price. Ed took my offer to Rich, the sales manager, he came back with a deal and no games. This all took a total of about 20 minutes. The other dealer I went to took over 3 1/2 hours and I still had no firm deal done, on a feeling that I was being played with. At Castrucci, when the deal was done, Rick the Finance Manager came and took care of me and I was driving away in a new car in less than 1 1/2 hours. What a great experience. I will not be lured away again. This was my experience both times that I purchase from Castrucci! On a side note, I had all service on my previous vehicle done at Castrucci Service, it was the same great experience. More
