Coming to Mike Castrucci Ford was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Ryan Egan is very knowledgeable about the Ford product line and introduced me to the Ford Fusion (ended by purchasing the Fusio from start to finish. I had the best experience at this location. Kirk was the most knowledgeable salesman I have had! I called and told him the kind of car we were looking to purchase on the way to the dealership. He helped us understand what was going on in the market with the Fiestas, what the availability was, how we could look elsewhere for the first word. The quality of the Fiesta seems great. My daughter loves it. We know that Ford can't provide too much of an incentive on the Fiesta, but we were able to use the $750 cash we recieved in the mail from the new Explorer flyer, along with the X-plan. The dealership threw in the Valuguard and lowered the monthly payment so we could afford it. We were thankful. More
