Oil change and tire rotation I bought my car from this dealer . Very good service from the dealer end of it . However the service not so much . Regular oil change / tire rotation . First time about an hour , second time they asked me if I wanted it washed I said sure as long as it doesn't take to long 2 and half hours later the guy brings my car around not washed apologizes and says next visit is on us sorry for the delay . Today appointment at 11 AM I advised them when I dropped it off no wash I don't have time . Needless to say at 1 PM i asked for status oh they are just finishing it up . I look up and see them just pulllong my car in . It's now 1:35 and I am still waiting! More
Worst Custome Service Out There Dropped car off at 2:30pm on a Friday for a routine oil change and to repair a nail in the tire. The advisor promised to have our vehicle ready by 5pm. At 4pm the advisor called us to tell us we needed new tires. We asked if the tire could be patched, he said "yes" and he would call us when finished. 6:30pm and no phone call( we called twice w/no answer), so we drove to dealership to find out they patched the hole, put too much air in the tire and busted the tire. They put our donut on, never called us and charged us for the patch. Being someone who has worked in this industry, we expect a certain level of professionalism which wasn't delivered at this dealership. More
Basically Mike erdman in a nutshell I bought my 2015 Altima from this dealer a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems after problem with the car. When I bring it in to I bought my 2015 Altima from this dealer a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems after problem with the car. When I bring it in to be serviced they keep my car for a day or so, tell me they fixed what was wrong. I get the car to find the issue is still there. (Rear speaker deck rattles, center console rattles, gas mileage isn't near what was advertised, radio doesn't always work, ac is very noisy, it leaks coolant.) This went on for three or four times until I got fed up with my brand new new car with under 15,000 miles still having the same issues its had. They also failed to completely put my car back together before handing me the keys. (Back seat was in pieces for rear deck "repair") So I spoke to the service manager Billy. He was of no use and spoke to me like I was an idiot, so I asked for his manager, hoping he would find some kind of solution for me and still nothing. This dealer has the worst service center and customer care I have ever experienced in my life, the staff is rude and disrespectful to me and my vehicle. I've watched them use my hood to write paperwork up, found dirty fingerprints in my headliner, grease smudges all over my trunk lid, and overall lack of care. I Would not recommend Mike Erdman to anyone after how I have been treated. More

There is no need to haggle with them, they are all very professional and it is a pleasure to deal with their staff. On our recent purchase we were underwater on a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, I had contacted the dealership where the vehicle was purchased to see if they could help us get into a automatic from the standard. The salesman nor owner would even discuss trying to help! With Gregg from Mike Erdman he responded immediately and was very positive and honest. I want to thank Greg for always being able to help, answer any questions we have and going above and beyond to get the job done! Mine Erdman has earned all of our future business as well! More
