Amazing Dealership! My fiance and I called Mike Erdman Toyota to inquire about a car they had on their website. We asked if they could give the car to us at a certain "o My fiance and I called Mike Erdman Toyota to inquire about a car they had on their website. We asked if they could give the car to us at a certain "out the door" price and within one minute they said yes and told us they would pull the car for us. After searching for the car I wanted for over a month at dealerships all over florida I was astonished. We live in Jacksonville so it was about a two and a half hour drive for us, and well worth it. They had no reason to go so far above and beyond to get us in that car for such an amazing price, well below what they could have potentially gotten for it. I half expected to get there and them try to change the price or suggest a cheaper car. However the process was straight-forward, fast, and pleasant. They pulled the car as promised and after test driving we took care of the paper work and were on our way home. After haggling with dealership after dealership and negotiating with shady salespeople, our experience at Mike Erdman has definitely made us lifelong customers! More
