This is why I am taking the time to participate in this rating review. Well, it's been great!! From my first phone call with a question to oil changes/tire rotation, etc., every contact and visit has been met with friendly, qualified, professional people. Personally, I would recommend the whole team there - their goal seems to be to be sure your needs have been met, any questions answered, and maintaining a good relationship with customers, whether you own a Yaris or the top of the line more expensive model Toyato. This is the first Toyota I have ever owned and I couldn't be more satisfied with the vehicle or Mike Erdman dealership. More
