Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change I waited over 2,5 hours to have my oil changed and am still waiting. Now I am waiting for oil to come from parts store. I have had the oil changed h I waited over 2,5 hours to have my oil changed and am still waiting. Now I am waiting for oil to come from parts store. I have had the oil changed here three times - I bring the oil and filter, they change it. This was recommended by the previous owner. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early and 2 hours later they inform me I didn’t bring enough oil, I bring the same amount every time. Still waiting, this is the last time I come here. More
DONT COME HERE FOR SERVICE! They will “recommend” repairs that you don’t really need and will not tell you that it’s not covered by your warranty! You as the customer don’t matter to them, all they care about is your money! I 100% regret spending my $30,000 for my Tundra here.. you would think they would help out the customers that are loyal to them but nope, they take advantage of us too! RUN AWAY More
Worst customer service ever. Once you purchase the vehicle, they have their money and that’s where it stops. Service department is the worst. Never returns calls. Fast and Friendly I went in with a lease question and was given 3 options as a resolution. Good Luck I just purchased my RAV4 about two weeks ago. The sales person was good but it has taken me a week to get a new key made. The first key was not what I I just purchased my RAV4 about two weeks ago. The sales person was good but it has taken me a week to get a new key made. The first key was not what I asked for, then they had to order the key blank to make my key. the were going to call me when the part came in and they didn't. I called and they had the part and setup an appointment. Well I was there for one hour and they had not moved my RAV4 to work on it . I asked if it took this long for service when have an appointment and was told not normally. Two hours later I was out the door with a key that cost me 120.00 when I was told it would be about 78.00 when the key was ordered. I told the service manager that the price of the key was in line with my experience of their parts and service. More
