30,000 mile check up Although I came in for my 30,000 mile check up for my Rave 4, I had a small problem with the floor mat on the passenger side. I asked the service pers Although I came in for my 30,000 mile check up for my Rave 4, I had a small problem with the floor mat on the passenger side. I asked the service personnel if there was anything that they had that could remove the sticky substance on the mat. When my car was finished, they not only serviced it but they also took care of the sticky substance on the mat at no cost or inconvenience to me. This is one of the many little reasons I always deal with the service department at Mike Erdman Toyota on Merritt Island. I can always rely on prompt, efficient and reliable service. OUTSTANDING SERVICE My Tacoma had an intermittent problem with the drive axle shaft propeller. Since this was an intermittent problem it was difficult to diagnose.
