Lucky We Found Them We were driving from NJ to Ft Lauderdale when the engine in our Toyota Sienna began to shake violently. We limped to a motel, called the national Toyota service, and were directed to Mike Erdman Toyota. What incredible luck. We were completely at their mercy, and our problem was difficult to diagnose. An Assistant Service Manager named Jim Shaw came to our rescue. He was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. The charge was just over $100 and he saved our vacation. They could have charged us anything and we would not have been the wiser. But they were honest, hospitable. I'd love to buy a car from them someday...just to say thanks. More

I'd be happy IF My wife brought her Toyota Sienna van in to get the AC fixed. She paid the $400 bill of which almost half was for replacing the windshield washer noz My wife brought her Toyota Sienna van in to get the AC fixed. She paid the $400 bill of which almost half was for replacing the windshield washer nozzels that I'm quite sure could have been fixed with a straight pin and the kicker is that her AC still does not work. Now you'd think that after she called that they would have her bring it right back - nope!! She had to wait 3 days (with intermittent AC). Mom ain't happy so NO ONE is happy at our house! More

I had a recall on my Toyota and the dealership was quick to setup an appointment for me and they had offered me a car to drive while mine was being corrected. I did not need the loaner car so I hung around to setup an appointment for me and they had offered me a car to drive while mine was being corrected. I did not need the loaner car so I hung around and talked to people and watched my car being repaired. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My car was done quicker than promised and was also washed. It was a very good experience at this dealership. More
