I am very happy to visit the Merritt Island location because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem because it is closer to home. The people are friendly and very helpful. I met Jay Piter on my first visit to the service section. I had a problem with my car with the seatbelt (stuck/frozen in place) and he stepped in was able to solve the problem. He was kind, patient and informative. Jay Piter listened patiently to my questions as well as concerns. I went in today to keep up with the warranty. Jay took the time to look at my package, walk me through it and advise me.
