Very disappointed in my last service call. Went in to replace a battery under warranty. After 2 and a half hours they said they would need a diagnostic test. I told them I just wanted the batt Went in to replace a battery under warranty. After 2 and a half hours they said they would need a diagnostic test. I told them I just wanted the battery replaced. Another guy came back and said I have to charge the battery for 1 and a half hours before I replace the battery. I took it to Advance before I brought it to Hickory Toyota and they said it's your battery. What did you do for 2 and a half hours. If you knew you needed to charge the battery before you can replace one that is under warranty why would you not do this when you see the cold cranking amps were low. More

Took my car in on a Thursday because AC wasn't working. Told me they could fix it but all the parts wouldn't be in until Monday. Rather than have me bring it back on Monday, they kept the car and offered me a free rental car for the duration. Car was fixed and I picked it up Monday at noon as promised. Jose was very pleasant and helpful with all questions I had. Ended up buying a new (used) truck which included the dealership picking up the $1700+ tab for the repairs! Excellent customer service!
